January 4, 2008 ACCOUNT VERIFICATION IS MANDATORY
New clients are reminded that before their new account in Sun will be operational, it is imperative that the account application be verified from the new clients own e-mail address.
Procedure: Immediately after submitting the on-line application form, the new client must exit the Sun Group site and visit the e-mail address recorded in theie application form.
Sun Group will have automatically sent to that address a number of e-mails.
One of these contains a verification link which, when clicked, will open all the restricted features in that new account.
This is an essential security feature and failure to verify will render that new client's account inoperative and subject to removal.
